Carlos joined the WGIS team in July of 2005 and works with Clients throughout California and Arizona. Whether seeking to retain and reward current Employees or recruit new ones; you can rely on his 26 years of industry knowledge to put together a benefit program tailored to meet your individual needs. Carlos is fully bilingual and prides himself on being able to communicate with Employees in both English and Spanish raising their healthcare literacy and making sure that employees understand and can utilize their benefits correctly.
