Jo Ann Wood has been with Western Growers for over 4 years and is our dedicated claims consultant reporting to our Director of Risk Strategy. She works out of WG’s Irvine office serving clients in Arizona, California, and Colorado by providing customized claims consultative services.
Jo Ann loves to talk about claim strategies and her passion is obvious. “Farmers seem to know everything about claims management, but I provide a good reminder about the things needed to keep costs at a minimum.” Her main goal is to get across one simple point: “Safety is important to prevent claims and for claims that do occur, claims management reduces cost.”
