As the Director of Account Management for WGIS, Jodi is relied upon by the entire account management team to make sure they have the appropriate workload, training, and tools available to them so that they can continue to provide our clients with the best-in-class service. She monitors, researches, and implements new programs and procedures to ensure that all employees stay up to date with the latest resources available in the marketplace, with the goal of positioning the WGIS brand as a thought-leader in the industry. Jodi enjoys educating the AM team on new product offerings as well as ERISA compliance requirements.
Jodi has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in agriculture. She started on the carrier side before transitioning to the broker side. Her prior carrier experience gives her a well-rounded prospective of the group benefit profession.
Jodi earned her business degree from Concordia University and have several professional designations: REBC®; CHRS; HRPA; CRA; & CBWA.
