Luis Santos has worked in the Insurance industry for more than 25 years, gaining experience in Account Management, Sales Enablement, Operations, and Insurance Technology. As a seasoned AVP of Operations, he is passionate about efficiency and sales enablement. In addition to Agency Operations, he is also involved in Learning and Development. Outside of the office, Luis enjoys hiking, camping, and cooking.
