Sergio Loya has been with Western Growers for over 27 years and is one of our dedicated safety experts. He works out of WG’s Imperial office, serving more than 40 clients in the Imperial Valley, San Diego, Los Angeles, Oxnard, Coachella, Indio, and all of Arizona, providing customized worksite bilingual training and consultative services that keep workers accident-free and insurance costs low. Sergio loves to talk about safety and his passion is obvious. “Farmers seem to know everything about safety, but I provide a good reminder for them about the things they need to do to keep things safe.” His main goal is to get across one simple point: “Safety is important.”
