As leader of Western Growers Insurance Services (WGIS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Western Growers, Jeff Gullickson has full responsibility for the company’s operations, including production, account management, and support teams in WGIS’s Irvine headquarters, as well as the eleven field offices throughout California and Arizona. Under Jeff’s leadership, WGIS has substantially grown its footprint in serving the Employee Benefit and Property/Casualty needs of its members. This is most evident in the development of new programs and strategic relationships, offering agribusiness and food clients direct access to global insurance carriers. Jeff brings a vision to create both program and product solutions for WG membership, with the help of his team of risk and insurance professionals.
